You may chose between doesens of offerings form ubiquitous tajine to the Marrkshi tanjia, there are also vegetables only or fish only stalls. The best are supposedly the grilled meet ones. Food is supposedly great and relatively safe. I never tried preferring to just take in the atmosphere while for food I chose the certainly pricier sophistication and uncertainly safer hygiene of westernized terraces looking over the vast place. The view was worth it.
